How The Elarien Frequency Method™ Was Remembered

My spiritual journey began in 2012.

Not because I was out here seeking enlightenment or trying to become a healer. I was just a girl in esthetician school, learning how to give facials, and people kept telling me I had “healing hands.”I had no idea what they meant.

But I remember one session like it was yesterday.

This woman came in and told me she couldn't feel her feet. She had experienced a health crisis and while she had regained feeling in her legs, her toes were still completely numb. She was heartbroken because she couldn’t wear flip-flops on her upcoming vacation, something so simple, but deeply symbolic of the freedom she felt she’d lost.

We began the facial. I had already been Reiki certified by then, but I didn’t really know what I was doing, I just set the intention to help her heal.

Then, during the massage portion, it happened.

She started wiggling her toes.

She began crying. I began crying. And I remember thinking:

Holy shit… I think I might be onto something.

That moment cracked me open.

A year or so earlier, I had gone to a meditation circle where I saw visions of Atlantis and Lemuria for the first time. In those visions, I was doing something that looked like healing, using crushed crystals, turned into powder, placing them over people’s chakras. There were crystalline beds, glowing light, and a sense that I was teaching others how to do this work too.

I didn’t understand what I was seeing… but I remembered it.

Fast-forward to 2023, over a decade into this quiet remembrance, and I began consciously channeling for the first time. During one of those early sessions, the Council of Light and the Lyra Council showed me a vision of the human body. I saw threads and knots, tangled strings of energy embedded deep in the system.

I didn’t know what they meant or how I was supposed to work with them.

And every time I returned, they showed me more.
