For most of my life...

I used to feel like a hostage inside my own brain during meditation. My mind would just take over, running through conversations from ten years ago, looping through the days to-do list, going absolutely everywhere except where I actually wanted to go. I even tried guided meditations too, but eventually I realized I was just in someone else’s car driving to their destination. I was not in my own car going to my own destination. I wanted to connect to myself, not to someone else’s version of what that connection should look and feel like.

So I created something different. Something that uses your voice as the vehicle instead of silence as the obstacle. Something that honors the way my brain actually functions instead going against what felt natural.

I call it the Spoken Channel Method, and it is the technique at the heart of

And what it opens is something I call your Soul Intelligence. The wisest, most knowing part of you that has been waiting for a clear channel to speak through.

What The Spoken Channel Method Is.

The Spoken Channel Method is an auditory verbal processing technique that teaches you how to be your own channel. Instead of sitting in silence waiting for your mind to go silent and cooperate, you use your own voice to guide yourself to your own destination. You speak everything out loud as you move through your own inner temple, which keeps you present, keeps your mind occupied, and opens a direct line of connection and communication to your soul self.

Most meditation practices require you to be still, be silent, and get rid of all thoughts. For some people that may work and may even be easy, but for a lot of us it is not, and we spend years thinking we are just bad at meditating or that we are not doing it right.

Here is what I have found along the way. There is not one right way to connect to your soul self, which is ultimately in my opinion the whole point of meditation. What matters is finding a method that actually works for you. And for those of us whose minds do not sit well with silence or stillness, this practice could be the thing you need to finally communicate and connect to your soul self, because it uses your voice as the bridge to actively co-create your connection and experience in real time

Here is the science of what actually happens in your

brain and nervous system when you practice this method:

Cognitive Offloading

When you speak your thoughts out loud you close the open loops your brain has been running on repeat in the background. The brain treats unspoken thoughts like unfinished business. Speaking them signals that they are handled, and the mental noise quiets because it no longer needs to remind you.

Dual Processing

When you vocalize you engage your brain's language production center and your auditory cortex simultaneously. You become both the sender and the receiver of your own words, creating a quality of self-witnessing that silent thought cannot achieve.

Vagal Activation

The vagus nerve, your body's primary pathway to the parasympathetic nervous system, is directly stimulated by vocalization. Speaking out loud creates a measurable calming effect. Safety is the prerequisite for soul connection.

Cognitive Bandwidth Occupancy

Your mind wanders during meditation because it has available bandwidth. Narrating your experience in real time gives that bandwidth a job. You cannot simultaneously narrate the present moment and drift to a conversation from ten years ago.

Implicit Knowing Access

When you stop thinking about what the answer should be and simply let it come through your voice, you access what psychologists call implicit knowing. This is where soul guidance lives. This is where channeling begins.

The Story

For most of my life, roughly 41ish years, I felt deeply disconnected from myself and from any sense of why I was here. Earth felt heavy, dense and loud in a frequency that went beyond just sound. I am a highly sensitive being and something about existing in a human body on this planet felt profoundly jarring to my soul. There was just this constant feeling of being disoriented, of not belonging here, of feeling like I was meant for the stars. That disconnection led me through decades of depression and numbing, constantly reaching for the one thing that helped me avoid sitting with the quietness of myself.

And then one day while I was trying to meditate all the usual things started coming up, the to-do list, the worry, the conversations from years ago looping in my head, and instead of fighting it I just started saying it all out loud.

I kept going until the mental chatter felt complete and then I kept going some more, narrating myself walking toward a beautiful crystalline temple, describing everything I saw and felt and smelled in real time. My mind got quiet because it finally had a job to do, and underneath all of that narration I was able to connect to my soul self for the very first time.

What I realized through this experience was that the disconnection had been the source of everything I had been running from. The depression, the longing for another place, the feeling of not belonging here, all of it rooted in the same thing. This practice was what finally brought me home to myself. It helped me find my purpose and understand for the first time what I was actually born to do. And if I am being honest, it is the reason I am still here today.

This practice becomes your light in the darkest of times, your life raft in the moments where you feel like you are drowning in the world. This was my saving grace and I am so incredibly grateful to be able to share it.

What This Practice Actually

There is a concept that came through for me in one of my own temple sessions that I have not been able to stop thinking about since.

We live in a world that is obsessed with AI. Artificial Intelligence. And I get it. It is powerful, it is fast, and it can do a lot of things. But here is what I keep seeing happen. People are outsourcing their most important decisions, their business strategy, their offers, their messaging, their life direction, to an external algorithm. And then they wonder why it does not feel right. Why it does not quite land. Why it works for someone else but feels hollow for them.

Here is what I want you to understand. You have your own intelligence that no algorithm will ever replicate.

I call it Soul Intelligence. SI.

Your Soul Intelligence is the wisest, most knowing part of you. It is the part that has always known your purpose, your gifts, and your path. It does not need data or trends or external validation. It speaks through your body, your intuition, your inner knowing, and when you learn how to access it, it becomes the most reliable source of guidance you have ever had.

The Embodied Inner Temple Practice is the only way I am able to meditate and connect to my soul self. It is how I connect to the soul of my business. It is how I make all of my life choices. FAQs

How long does it take to go through everything? 

The PDF takes about 20 to 30 minutes to read fully. The two audios range from 10 to 40 minutes each. You can move through everything in an afternoon and begin your first practice session the same day.

What do I need to get started?

All you need is a quiet space, your phone to record, and a willingness to show up exactly as you are. Audrey recommends a sleep mask and a clip-on microphone for the best experience, but your phone recording app is all you actually need to begin.

Why do I need to record myself?

Because what comes through in your practice is often wiser than what you remember afterward. Your soul will say things in session that your conscious mind will not fully register in the moment. When you listen back you will hear yourself differently. Over time your recordings become a living archive of your own soul’s guidance.
